While we are temporarily unable to operate our Voyages of a Lifetime by Private Train™, we are excited to deliver a series of engaging online lectures and destination webinars to our valued guests and followers.
This week’s online lecture, titled “The Romanovs”, tells the extraordinary story of the Romanov Dynasty in Russia, presented by military historian and author, Major Gordon Corrigan MBE, who is one of our much-loved guest speakers on the Golden Eagle train.
Major Corrigan typically gives this lecture on the Golden Eagle Trans-Siberian Express, shortly before our arrival in Yekaterinburg, where we visit the poignant site where the Romanov, Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, was executed with his family by the Bolsheviks in 1918.
If you would like to travel with us on Major Corrigan’s next Golden Eagle Trans-Siberian departure, please contact us for details.
