As you start to plan your next international adventure, we understand that there are new factors to consider, which is why we have put together the promises outlined below, so that you can not only book with confidence but travel with confidence too.
-- Flexible booking terms:
Book a 2021 or 2022 Voyage of a Lifetime by Private Train™ now and your deposit will be fully refundable until 31 December 2020*, should you decide to cancel.
If your future trip is cancelled by us, for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund. We will also enable you to transfer your booking to another date, up to 60 days before departure, if you are unable to travel due to the government restrictions in your country of residence or the countries you are due to visit on your trip with us.
*Following this date, our standard terms and conditions will apply.
-- Your safety is our priority
We have always employed stringent safety and sanitation protocols on each and every one of our trains, and we will continue to do so once our tours can resume, with special measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
These new protocols will follow the very latest advice at that time from various government agencies and the World Health Organisation (WHO) and all our train staff will undergo extensive training. A British-registered Doctor travels on board every one of our luxury train journeys, providing further peace of mind.
-- Experienced & knowledgeable Tour Managers
We are proud to have an incredibly experienced Tour Management team operating on all our trains, selected for their linguistic and organisational abilities, allowing you to relax and enjoy your rail cruise with us. Many have worked with us for over ten years and can offer you their invaluable knowledge of the destinations that we serve. While they would much prefer to meet you in person on one of our tours, we are bringing their expertise and charm to you virtually for the time being, via our live webinars. -- All-inclusive and hassle free
As far as possible, our tours are all-inclusive with no hidden extras. Starting from the moment you arrive, to the time you depart, our attentive and professional team will take care of everything for you. The only additional items you may need to budget for include international flights, insurance, visa costs and personal expenses, such as laundry and selected drinks from the Bar Lounge Car. To discover all of the elements included within the tour price, plus a detailed overview of our private train accommodation and on board experience, download one of our new 2021 e-brochures.
